Onward question

I'm interested in the standalone for Onward that will be releasing later. Before subscribing:

1. Does it require unlocking bootloader or rooting my Quest?
2. Will it wipe my device or require factory reset?
3. Does it work on Quest 2 Android 14 (latest firmware)?

I want to make sure that I fit the requirements before paying for no reason.
