To be able to install an Apk you're going to need special access to your files. That way after an Apk file is downloaded you can install it. To do so you'll have to download an app from app lab called Mobile VR Station (MVS). MVS will allow you to install downloaded Apk's. This video down below will explain briefly how to install MVS and how to access your files. The first Apk you're going to want to download, and install is Lighting Launcher (LL). LL is a launcher designed for Oculus Quest that supports both official and sideloaded apps and games. To initially download LL go into your headset and come to this post, then download the LL Apk. Install LL using MVS like shown in the video.
