no this is standalone, click the filen link and download it into your headset

No, you dont need the actual app for the mods that say "obb required: no" Simply uninstall the game (if you already have it) and install the mod apk.

As for obbs, (if a game uses them) you just extract the obb zip and place the folder inside Android/Obb.
